Property Management Company For All Your Needs If you should call our main office for any reason (612-379-3800) most likely you will be talking with Ann Watson. Ann is our office manager and she will either answer your question directly or put you in touch with someone who can. If you have any questions or concerns about the property/building, the building systems, or maintenance and repair issues Ann will put you in touch with Paul Mansager, our Facilities Manager. There’s not an answer about buildings that Paul doesn’t have or can’t find. If your question is financial in nature Scott Dahl will be the one Ann puts you in touch with. Scott is the company’s CFO and he will be happy to help out with anything financial that should come up. If you have a question about your monthly rent, miscellaneous billings, or account status he’s your man. For anything that has to do with your lease, your
office space, or anything not covered above, Ann will connect you with
Doug Walker. Doug is our
Senior Property Manager and he looks forward to making sure everything
needed to keep you a happy and successful occupant of At the building you will run into Dave Kotaska. Dave will be our eyes and ears on-site and he is the person with the hands on experience to keep everything running smoothly and looking good. Feel free to look Dave up and tell him what you need or call him directly at 651-248-2518. On occasion you may see Joe Perna at the building. He keeps everything running smoothly at one of our other locations in Dinkytown just minutes away. Joe will be there to help out at CHBC if needed.
