Services

We offer a complete range of services from delivery services to word processing for your business. Following is a list of services and costs that we offer to our tenants.

TELEPHONES

Basic Hook-up (or Move).......$65.00 per line, per jack
First Line................... $60.00 per month
Additional Lines ............ $55.00 per month per line

Note: All other installation services are provided on a "Time & Materials" basis.

SERVICE CALLS

Minimum: First Half Hour.......................$40.00
Each Additional 15 Minutes ................... $10.00
Trip Charge ...................................$36.50
Rush Service - Minimum charge ................ $90.00 per call

Tenants are free to use US West or any other local phone carrier. If so, there is a $10.00 monthly access charge for the maintenance of the DMARK and premise wiring. Tenants who choose to use other service providers must coordinate their installation, repair and disconnection themselves.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL:

Single-Line Telephone ............... $ 5.00 per month
Multi-Line (six button) ............. $10.00 per month

Note: If you choose choose to purchase your own equipment, please consider the following requirements:

  • If you intend to use the phone answering service, single unit phones must be equipped with an "A- Lead" control (standard on all good quality business phones).
  • Multi- Line units must be equipped with a 25 pair plug.

VOICE MAIL:

Per Mail Box .............................. $12.75 (per month, per line)
Initial Setup Fee ......................... $32.00

LONG DISTANCE

Long Distance Services for UTEC lines are provided only through University Technology Centers, Inc. Call for current rate structure.

CONFERENCE ROOMS

Currently, there are three conference rooms available for rental on an hourly basis.

  • 101 - A formal room with paneling and upholstered chairs. The room seats as many as 14, and has a small chalkboard and projection screen.
  • 102A - A large room, suitable for a classroom or for large presentations. There is a chalkboard along one entire wall, and seating for up to 22 people sitting "theater" style.
  • 102B - A basic conference room, also with a chalkboard along one wall. This room seats up to 11 people.

All rooms are $7.50 per hour with a minimum charge of $22.50.

The Atrium is a large meeting facility in the center of our building. Flanked by 40-foot windows, the Atrium has a wood floor and is perfect for dinners and conferences. Please contact us for more rental information

PHOTOCOPY - SELF SERVICE

8 1/2 x 11 Copies ............................ $ .08 each
8 1/2 x 14 Copies ............................ $ .08 each
11 x 17 Copies ............................... $ .16 each
8 1/2 x 11 Double Sided Copies ............... $ .16 each

Double-sided copies are twice as expensive. Cash sales (over the counter) are twenty percent more expenseive. The difference in prices between self-serve or cash sales represents the difference between using a copy-code (billed at the end of the month) or paying cash at the time of service

FAX SERVICES

$1.00 per page - Local Service
$2.00 per page - Long Distnance in USA/Canada
$3.00 per page - International Faxes

DELIVERY SERVICES

UTEC can send everything from a first-class letter to a 100 lb. package. We do the billing and shipping; you save the time and expense of keeping postage, accounts, machinery, and doing package tracking.We use

  • UPS
  • Federal Express
  • Various Local Couriers

We also do most types of traditional mail (US Postal Service), including First Class, Express (Overnight), Priority, Certified, and International Mail.
